Meet the Founder

Jessica Obregon — also known as Jessi-O — has built her life around a deep love for dance, music and performance. Growing up in Miami with Latin roots, music and movement were always at the center of her world. What started as a childhood passion quickly grew into a professional career that’s taken her from local stages to international tours.

For over 20 years, Jessica has worked as a dancer, choreographer, and instructor in South Florida’s vibrant entertainment scene. She’s performed alongside artists like Sean Kingston, Charlie Zaa, Los Illegales, Magic Juan, Jencarlos Canela, Tony Dize, Nicky Jam, and Gente de Zona, and her career highlights include performing at Premios Juventud with Pitbull and Neyo, and touring South America with Myriam Hernandez.

While performing gave her unforgettable experiences, Jessica also found joy in teaching and mentoring others. For two decades, she’s guided students of all ages and levels, helping them discover confidence, rhythm, and expression through styles like Hip Hop, Reggaeton, Latin Fusion, and Sexy Heels.

In 2017, Jessica founded Star Elements Entertainment as a way to bring her passion and vision together. What began as one dancer’s dream has grown into a company that provides choreography, entertainment, and creative performances for a wide variety of events and projects. Star Elements was built on Jessica’s belief that dance has the power to inspire, connect, and transform — whether on a big stage or in a private class.

Today, Jessica continues to balance her roles as a performer, choreographer, and instructor while leading Star Elements. Her journey is a testament to hard work, creativity, and the joy of sharing her love for the art of performance with the world.
